HOUSTON, June 02, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE:KYN) today provided an unaudited summary statement of assets and liabilities and announced its value net inventory and its asset coverage ratios under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”) as of May 31, 2022.

As of May 31, 2022, the Company’s net assets were $1.5 billion and its net asset value per share was $11.01. As of May 31, 2022, the coverage ratio of the Company’s assets under the 1940 law in relation to the senior securities representing the debt was 507% and the coverage ratio of the Company’s assets under the 1940 law versus total leverage (debt and preferred stock) was 410%.
