Frenzel 146 4th Avenue SE Dickinson, ND 58601 Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you are hereby notified that at Unless you dispute the validity of the foregoing indebtedness or any part thereof within thirty days of receipt of this letter, we will assume that the indebtedness is valid. MORE CORRECTLY DESCRIBED AS: Lot two (2), block one (1), Dinsdale’s first addition to the town of Dickinson, Stark County, North Dakota. Notice is hereby given that a certain mortgage, registered on the property described above by Jon E. Frenzel, executed and delivered to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as agent of Kirkwood Bank & Trust Co., its successors and assigns, dated July 3, 2013 (“Mortgage”); and given to secure payment of $181,632.00, together with interest and other charges and costs under the terms and obligations of a certain promissory note, is in default. The current mortgagor of the mortgage is Freedom Mortgage Corporation.
